Compensation
Competitive compensation is provided for all internship
positions. Interns also have access to the Beckman Coulter Ticket
Window, where a number of attractions, leisure activities and
promotional merchandise are available at discounted rates.
Professional Development
Your work will be measurable, realistic and allow you the
opportunity to apply your knowledge in a practical business
setting. To give you experience interacting with managers and to
demonstrate your business acumen, you’ll present a summary of
your project work to executives, managers and peers at the end of
your internship.
Networking
As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to meet and
interact with leadership at a variety of meetings and
events. In addition, social activities are offered for networking
with peers.
Guidance
At the beginning of the summer, managers will assist the
interns in developing a performance plan to establish goals and
objectives. Interns will also receive informal evaluations
regarding their progress mid-way through the program. At the
completion of the program, the plans are reviewed during the
intern’s end-of-summer performance evaluation.
